Rule #1 For an Internet Marketing Plan: Don’t Get Distracted!

No! Don’t! Get back on track! Close your eyes!

Phew! That was a close one.

Okay, maybe this isn’t how the dialogue really works, but for goodness sake, it is hard to stick to an internet marketing plan without getting distracted. I myself find it hard sometimes to keep messages on my phone from making me worry about things all day long and try to find stuff other than work to do.

Problem is that doesn’t work. Being successful here is the same as anywhere else. You have to pick out an internet marketing plan you really like and move forward on it, without distractions, without hesitation, and with a clear vision of what success will look like and how you will get there. See what I mean?

Why Your Internet Marketing Plans Fail

I’m not mentioning this to make you feel like you don’t know what the do, the fact of the matter is, most attempts at something great end up failures. Think about how many light bulbs Thomas Edison made before the real thing was finished. Thousands!

Completing your internet marketing plan for success may be the exact same painful trial, although hopefully not costing you as many attempts or as much money.

Regardless of what it costs you, you need to ask yourself a question before moving forward.

Then, I’ll give you some ideas on what to use as your own personal plan. Depending on what you like and what interests you, you should be trying something a little bit different depending on where you are and what you’re good at.

You ready?

Do you have an internet marketing plan to follow?

By plan, I mean something that you could write down and put into words.

As in, do you have a clearly defined itinerary for your actions and steps towards success each day?

And are you taking these steps every single day of your life?

And from these steps, which you are taking each day, do you have a clear vision of success and what it will feel like when you get there?

If not, then you don’t have an internet marketing plan. Either that or you just aren’t following it.

Distraction and confusion are the real enemies of success!

Many think, wrongfully, that failure is the result of some terrible odds coming to bear against you in a violent or oppressive manner. They think that failure happens all of a sudden without warning or any indication of what’s going on.

This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Failure isn’t a bolt of lightning that strikes whatever it wants at random.

Failure is a lack of a clear and processed vision for success while not being able to move in the quickest, most obvious path to success.

If you don’t have an internet marketing plan in the first place, chances are you have neither a clear vision of what success will look like nor do you even know where to be moving in order to get there.

That would be like me dropping you in a jungle with no map and no compass and only a day or two worth of rations.

Believe it or not, people actually do that to themselves with their internet marketing plan whether they admit to it or not. It’s sad but it happens.

Mass Money Makers: This one is being very aggressively marketed, but an aggressively marketed product that is good is still a good product, regardless of whether naive marketers want to call it a scam or not. Matt Bacak is an honest guy, a family man and a multi-millionaire. He knows success on many levels and will help give you a detailed plan of action for making good money online.

I even had someone message me the other day and call me a scammer for promoting this product. I’m not really concerned what someone says about it out of the blue. I know the product creator and the product itself gives a lot of great information. That’s a better internet marketing plan than you will find in 95 percent of all internet marketing courses, so call it whatever you like, I’ll still give it my recommendation!

One Week Marketing: Pot Pie Girl has been around the internet marketing block quite a few times. She knows the importance of commitment and persistence in entrepreneurship. Yet she also knows and appreciates how you can make passive income working at home and make a serious income online. She’s really seen both ends of the spectrum and has a good bit of information to share.

Anyways, her internet marketing plan is simple and refreshing! You start out in bum marketing making a lot of articles and squidoo lenses, then transition your way into websites and list building and product creation. She has seen it all and is willing to share it with her students. Pretty great course! Had to recommend it!
